Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: November 2025

RevelAi is committed to ensuring that our technology supports equitable access to healthcare information and communication for all users, including individuals with disabilities. Our platform serves two primary user groups—healthcare professionals and patients—and our accessibility practices reflect the needs of each audience.

Accessibility for Healthcare Users

Ensuring people of all abilities can use and understand our platform and mobile experiences is a priority for us. With that in mind, we work hard to ensure our digital tools are accessible. We're committed to creating an intuitive, easy-to-understand user experience. And we continually strive to improve our efforts and apply all relevant accessibility standards.

Our ongoing efforts include:

  • Incorporating accessibility into our product roadmap and design processes

  • Reviewing our platform against WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA standards

  • Engaging in continuous improvement to make our tools usable by all healthcare professionals, including those with disabilities

We welcome feedback from users to help prioritize and guide these enhancements.

Accessibility for Patients

Our platform supports communication between healthcare organizations and patients. While we currently do not provide patient-facing web or mobile applications, we do support accessible, inclusive communication channels:

Accessible Communication Channels

  • SMS text messaging

  • Automated or live voice calls

These channels allow patients—including those who may have limited access to smartphones, broadband, or digital literacy tools—to receive guidance, reminders, and updates in formats that are familiar, widely available, and low-barrier.

Patient Surveys

We offer patient-facing surveys that can be completed:

  • via weblink sent via SMS, or

  • via voice, enabling patients to respond using a fully audio-based interaction when needed.

This dual-format approach helps ensure that individuals with visual, cognitive, or literacy-related disabilities can still participate in care-related assessments.
